This lovely taco soup recipe is made with ground beef, avocado and sour cream. Try this delicious recipe today, it's tasty and it's good for you.
Ingredients:
1. 225 grams (8 ounces) of ground beef.
2. A tin of Muir Glen tomato sauce (use eight ounces).
3. Eight ounces of Kraft all natural sour cream.
4. Four and a quarter (4.25) ounces of Hanfordshire cheddar cheese.
5. One California Haas avocado, skinned, seed removed and chopped.
6. Six teaspoons of Casa Fiesta taco seasoning mix.
7. A tin of Westbrae Natural organic kidney beans.
8. 12 ounces of water.
9. 1.5 ounces of onions, diced..
10. A tin of Muir Glen organic stewed tomatoes,, diced.
Preparation:
1. Take a deep saucepan and add in the beef and diced onions into it. Heat under a medium flame and stir well till the beef is browned all over. Now add the stewed tomatoes, Casa Fiesta taco mix, water, tomato sauce and Westbrae organic beans into the saucepan.
2. Stir the taco soup well and let it cook under a low-medium flame for about 14 mins. Turn off the flame and add the California Haas avocado into the taco soup. Serve the soup with a topping of cheddar cheese and Kraft natural sour cream.
